Keshav Uppal’s journey in healthcare began at the age of 20, when he discovered his passion for helping others through energy healing as a Reiki therapist. In the year 2000, Keshav started his professional path with Reiki, a practice that opened his eyes to the profound connection between mind, body, and spirit. His desire to explore deeper healing practices led him to pursue a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS), where he gained a strong foundation in holistic health and traditional medicine.

After completing his BAMS, Keshav moved to Canada, where his commitment to expanding his healing skills continued. He further honed his expertise by studying Registered Massage Therapy and earning a diploma in Manual Osteopathy, two complementary fields that gave him a deeper understanding of how the body functions and heals. Keshav’s training has allowed him to develop a unique ability to combine ancient practices with modern therapeutic techniques.

Keshav’s education also includes specialized training in various complementary therapies, including cupping, hot stone massage, deep tissue techniques, and acupuncture, all of which he studied at McMaster University. This comprehensive training allows him to offer a wide range of treatment options tailored to the specific needs of his clients.
